It’s 50hp short of the Cobalt because it doesn’t have direct injection. Neither does the turbo 2.8L in the Aero models.

If they offered the LNF as standard at 260bhp, they’d have to make XWD standard with the turbo DI 2.8 because at 320+ horsepower, the damn thing would be undrivable without it. And that would get even pricier.

Didn’t Saab turbos used to be at the top of their class when it came to hp/litre? So why is this 50 shy of a Cobalt?
