		<description>VW has produced a car capable of getting 235MPG already, back in 2002. So high MPG is possible. A Toyota Prius can get near this once a stack of batteries is loaded in the back, nearly eliminating the use of the engine. But the rules will probably be written such that a hacked Prius won&#039;t be eligible.</description>
