Looking to put a modern spin on the classic street rod, Dodge has unveiled its one-off Charger Juiced at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
The Charger Juiced really lives up to its name thanks to a Mopar-sourced V10 crate engine good for 650 ponies. However, the final figure is a little higher in the Charger Juiced thanks to a Mopar cold air intake kit at cat-back exhaust system.
To improve handling, the Charger Juiced is equipped with a Mopar lowering kit.
In order to advertise its new performance prowess, the Charger Juiced is finished in a custom Metallic “Copperhead” paint, with a matte version of the hue covering the car's hood and roof. The Charger Juiced's bodywork also includes a Mopar front chin spoiler, Mopar Performance prototype hood (complete with a functional intake) and matte black hood and decklid graphics. The Charger Juiced rides on a set of matte black 20-inch wheels with a “Copperhead” accent stripe.
Inside the Charger Juiced sports unique black Katzkin leather seats with more “Copperhead” accents, including stitching on the steering wheel, shifter and armrests. The overall look is capped with a Mopar pistol-grip shifter, Mopar door sill guards and Mopar logo premium carpet floor mats.
We doubt a V10-powered Charger will ever see the light a day, but at least the Charger Juiced lets us dream.
