Several pictures of the new Shanxi S102 Victory pickup truck have surfaced online. Although the pictures appear to have been Photoshopped they clearly depict a truck that resembles a Xerox copy of the Cadillac Escalade EXT.

The headlights, the grille, the fog lights and the bumper all appear to have been lifted straight out of the Cadillac parts bin. When viewed head-on the biggest difference between the S102 Victory and the Escalade EXT is a different emblem on the grille.

After the A-pillar the S102 Victory gradually loses its Cadillac traits and becomes little more than a run-of-the-mill work truck with a short bed and a roll bar.

Pictures of the interior were not released so it is tough to say whether or not it has a Cadillac flair to it.

What is certain is that there is no Cadillac influence to be found under the hood. The S102 Victory is powered by a 2.2-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine that makes a scant 103 horsepower and 143 lb-ft. of torque.

Alternatively, buyers can opt for a normally-aspirated four-cylinder diesel mill that makes 92 horsepower and 158 lb-ft. of torque.

Precisely when the Shanxi S102 Victory is scheduled to hit showrooms across China is unknown.

For buyers who like the S102 Victory's styling but don't want a bulky pickup truck Shanxi also offers several Cadillac-inspired vans.
