While premium automakers in the U.S. traditionally offer customers courtesy cars of a similar make and model when servicing a vehicle, they do things a bit differently in Europe.

For example, if you drop a Maserati off for service in Europe you will now be given an Alfa Romeo Guilietta as your temporary mode of transportation – thanks of course to the Fiat family connection.

Now, Maserati isn’t going to stick their valued customers in any old Alfa. Instead, they have developed a specially built model based on the range-topping, performance-minded 235 horsepower Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde model with a turbocharged 1.75-liter gas engine. The car offers such niceties as heated, full-grain Venere leather seats in a new shade known as “Maserati Brown,” automatic climate control, bi-xenon headlamps with AFS function, navigation with pop-up display, Europe maps and TMC Pro, Blue&Me hands-free system with controls on the steering wheel, an auxiliary port, USB port and Bluetooth.

Unique distinctions – aside from the Maserati Brown leather – include an exclusive “Alfa Romeo for Maserati” aluminum plate on the center stack, special aluminum kick plates engraved with “Giulietta” and “Maserati,” 18-inch alloy wheels with diamond-tooling, enlarged brakes and red brake calipers.

Only 100 examples of this very unique Alfa will be produced.
