Spied: 2007/2008 Mercedes C-Class

05/05/2006, 9:28 AM

By admin

The spy photographers at Automedia caught the 2007/2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class in testing this week. The photos show the new model — wearing less disguise than ever before — next to a 2006 Mercedes C-Class. There’s also an interior show showing a new pop-up LCD screen. See the full gallery here.

i’m sick of mercs stealing bmw’s ideas, if you compare S class and 7 series interior it’s basiclly the same. and this new c class looks exactlly like a 3 series bmw. the only new merc wich i approve has to be the cls others ain’t nothing but a marketing stuff trying to provide a rival for bmw

Your giving them too much credit saying it looks like a BMW. The front end, without the MB grill, looks like the current Altima (especially the headlights). The rear end looks like the last Generation Euro Accord, or the 1st. Generation Audi A4.

It is however, tooooo generic.

is it me or does most of merc’s vehicles look pretty much all the same? At least BMW’s car designs differentiates from one another. however, the front end of this new C class does look a bit different.

I have a European car mag with the production version of the “new” C-class on it from like 2 years ago… why is it still in camo? Is the US spec model different from the European one, cause it looks the same.

Looks geniunely boring. Looks about 2 years out of date already, yet it hasn’t even been released. Pity.
