Wow—they managed to change the new Impreza from a weenie-mobile to a pretty butch-looking ride. Cool! It’s not my cup of tea, but I’m glad to see them building something besides boring transportation.

If I was going to spend this kind of money on a car, I’d wait for the new Camaro. (yes, I know a lot of y’all are already sick of hearing about that car, but it really strikes a chord with me!)

1487, would buying a Camaro be deemed unpatriotic because the cars are built on a platform that was designed in Australia, and the cars will be built in Canada?

You could probably say the same thing about the Saturn Aura and Astra which are basically German cars with Saturn badges on them.

most people on this site are not buying cars solely based on perceived reliabilty and dependability, so I guess many need to look further than GM. Buying American has little to do with Patriotism. Foreign car companies provide millions of jobs for Americans and support our economy.

There is nothing in GM that even comes close to a WRX STI. Comparing a G6 to an STI is just dumb. I like and drive GM and your posts are doing a disservice to GM.

Normally I wouldn’t respond to you but I couldn’t help notice that you sound like a Soviet car salesman.

Please calm down because that’s not how it works anymore.
I think it looks alright from the front and sides but the back end is a bit too econo and the quad exhaust is a tad much. But I’m sure it’ll drive great.

Looks good. On the negative side: low driver and passenger seating position. In Mazda 3 you sit higher: good thing for driving at night – less glare from behind.

Looks good. Not as funky or boxy as the previous cars. I’d buy one if it had a flat-six. Kinda promised myself I wouldn’t buy a four-cylinder. This car would have a lot of convincing to do to make me reconsider.

Still Car fans will love it. I just wish they’d bring back the coupe version.

It has a good stance, agressive fender flares, more suble TMIC hood vent and maybe somebody could actually fit in the back seat now. I don’t care for the grille, but I’m sure the aftermarket will respond to that.
