Spotted: 2007 BMW 335i Sedan

06/12/2006, 6:30 PM

By admin

A member of the E90 Post discussion forums snapped two photos of what appears to be a 306 hp 2007 BMW 335i Sedan. The car showed up at a dealership in Chicago this week. BMW recently announced the 2007 328i and 335i coupes, but made no mention of equivalent sedan models. Another forum member contacted the dealership in question about the photos, and they confirmed the car had arrived. The 335i sedan is not yet for sale, but instead is apparently being previewed to dealers across the nation in anticipation of imminent availability. The coupe variants are expected to ship this fall. Coupe and sedan pricing remains a mystery. [Thanks to tplay for the tip]. Images after the jump…

with 07 335i and the 07 G35 on their way, looks like the Lexus IS won’t be able to brag about being fastest in class anymore.

Well, is this segment heating up or what? I smell war in the luxury-sports sedan market: Audi A4, Lexus IS350, Infiniti G35, BMW 335i, MB C350 etc.

I’ll stick to my IS350. The damn thing has been bullit proof so far.

The lexus is350 was only the fastest in a straight line. The is350 was slower in the slalom/track than the 330i and g35.

#5 – so I’m going to believe someone who makes enough to buy a 40K car also can’t spell “bullet” Yeah right. Rob is a kid who has trouble riding a bike, let alone driving a wanna be sports sedan lexus.

Thought they finally decided to fix these damn tail lights in the coupe version. This is going to make history as the ugliest bmw butt ever. Can’t they just make a smaller version of the 6 series rear?

IMHO, unless you live somewhere with a lot of winding open road and you’re willing to beat on your car….slalom #’s don’t mean a thing.

Get the Honda Fit if you’re so concerned about slaloms. The Fit beat a Z06 in a slalom race.

#15 Leave it to me to bash GM. When they deserve it, which they do a lot, I’ll bash.

The new 3 series look quite “trim”, but I think they borrowed a bit in terms of Japanese styling for the back, not that there’s anything wrong with Japanese styling.

#17.
That is absolutely rediculous. The eastern car companies can ONLY copy european styling. Look at the new Lexus LS460, it is identical to the 7 series. 5 years too late!! I hate Japanese and Chinese cars…

dont make me laugh, bmw wont give you a 335i without chopping off your arm. the IS350 and G35 will and have always been better value. honestly i didnt know there are so many wannabe race drivers. if you want a real sports car spend your money on a porsche.

#28 (Jordan ) – X5 ? Touareg? Cayenne? All pretty good SUVs. All hail from der fatherland.

Unless your idea of an SUV is an overpriced, oversized, glorified high profit margin modified pickup truck.

This can’t be right, they fixed the tail lights for 07 and this has the old tail lights.

#30, the new tail lights that you saw are for the E92, whether the 07 E90 will bear the new tail lights or carry the old ones is yet to be seen.

Asshole, AKA Patrick. Why don’t you just give it up now. There’s no way you could ever out wit me…you tried being a wiseass and it blew up in your face. Accept the fact that the only two people impressed with you are, your mommy and you…..everyone else knows your an obnoxious moron.
I know you’re going to want to have the last word, go ahead if that’s going to make you feel like a big man. I’m done. Concider yourself ignored for now on.

#31, Um, actually it isn’t yet to be seen; the 07 sedan will obviously still be an E90 and the coupe will be the E92, they’re not the same car, and coupes Are infact allowed to be styled differently than the sedan…

Your last comma is not needed at all.
Like Rob said, no one that is earning enough money to afford a Lexus would sound as dumb or use as many vulgar words for no reason.
