Spy video: 2007 BMW M3 on the track

09/05/2006, 8:47 AM

By admin

The folks at Auto2 pointed us to a new video of the 2007 BMW M3 in testing at the Nürburgring. The footage provides a better sample of the M3’s new V8 than our last spy video. See the footage after the jump…

“M” cars don’t come with runflats, I wonder if there’s a retrofit to add a compact spare to the regular 3 series and abandon the factory runflats. There’s already a well in the trunk in the E90/E92.

tires sound weak? I dunno…I would just attribute it to the wet track.

The tire well is way to small to fit a tire in.
It will not have run flats on the M3 but the same system it uses now. I asure you

#1 GM Fan….You totally should have given Renton a visicious reply, since you already wasted some of your “valuable time”, might as well go all the way.
