Spy video: New BMW M3

08/24/2006, 9:14 AM

By admin

The team at the M3Post chat forums has put together a new video of the 2007/2008 BMW M3 in testing. The video contains some brief clips where the car’s high-revving V8 engine can be heard, plus some angry German engineers yelling at the spy photographers. The E92 M3 is expected to be unveiled in September at the Paris Motor Show.

Never in the history of the automobile has a certain car been spied soooo many times. It’s getting annoying, just like chevy with their Camaro.

Saw the video on my work computer(no sound). Why are they getting upset, not like they’re on private property or anything. Freedom of the press. And a BMW employee giving the finger is kinda immature dont ya think?

Hell yea, I might buy one, but I need to see it in person with no camo first. The carbon roof is a nice touch.

Awesome car though and nice rack on the german dude, plus it is a public road so what were the Engineers complaining about?

I have never claimed to know it all.

But I do, as do many others without bias, that it is one ugly autombile. Strip out the handling and power, it is still one UGLY car. Sorry you don’t like my opinion. But I’m not here to worry about your opinion.

The corvette is better from the outside, the BMW better from the inside.

^ how the hell do you know it’s an ugly car if nobody knows what it looks like. You must work for bmw. Haven’t you noticed all the camo they use to diguise the car? Or maybe it has no effect on you.

The RS4 V8 still sounds sexier. =P

I’m really not diggin the styling of the new M3. The E46 looks so much better, esp. in full CSL trim.

Let the M3/RS4/C55 wars begin!!!

Dean when I buy this car, it will be the sexiest BMW eyes have ever seen, and theres a lot of cheap stuff to make your bimmer stand out in a non-ricey way.

even if it is an ugly car, its still gonna sell more than any other car in its segment

im pretty sure M3 is gonna prove itself in performance. But BMW does surprise me with its designs. New generation or not, BMW is supposed to look like BMW, not like a cheap Hyundai. e46 was much better, in my opinion.

If you look at the view where the M3 is tailgating the vehicle that has the camera, you can see they brought the angel eyes back? Is this true for the other new 3s?
