Steamboat Ski & Resort today announced a new, two-year partnership with Subaru of America, making Subaru the official vehicle for the ski area. “We are delighted to partner with one of the world’s premier all-wheel drive vehicle companies,” said Andy Wirth, vice president of sales & marketing for Steamboat. “It is readily apparent that Subaru provides the products that a majority of our guests use everyday, as well as provides a reputation for outstanding quality, service and technological and consumer insight.”

Under this partnership, Subaru will provide significant joint marketing, advertisement, online partnerships and programs, as well as display vehicles for the resort. In addition, Steamboat and Subaru will enter into a marketing alliance through which the two companies will develop joint promotional programs such as Subaru Master the Mountain.

“Steamboat, one of the premier resorts in North America, and Subaru share the common goal of providing the best product to consumers day in and day out,” said Rick Crosson, vice president marketing of Subaru of America. “Subaru has a long-standing association with the ski community, and this partnership with Steamboat is a great way to showcase our proven all-wheel drive traction.”
