hey mushy me and boob solo i dont know where u get your info but it is bad to say the least. i purchased a 2010 se camry with the 6 cylinder 268 hp at 6200 rpm with ample torque. it has a sequental sport shifter and comes in around 6.0 secs in the 0-60 range. rack and pinion steering 4 wheel vented disc brakes, torsion bars are beefed up with cross memebers behind the rear seat. gas filled racing shocks etc etc. leather seats with heat, jbl 400 watt with 8 speakers with 6 disc changer in dash. the price was in the 29,000 range . this vehicle is on the same chasis as the entry level lexus. to say u dont like the looks lmao im glad as heck everyone doesnt like the same style pretty boring cars would be made lmao. do some research before u open your big flapper yapper and talk crap about something u know little or naught about

toy went backwards on this one. the seam between the grill and hood looks cheap and nasty. they stole this bad move off the corrolla instead of learning from it. too bad, cos i liked the previous design better, pulling stuff from lexus.

Unfortunately I agree with the sentiment that Toyotas are NOW appliances. It wasn’t always that way. I’ve owned more Toyotas than any other brand and trust me the ‘85 4×4, ‘89 Celica GTS, and the ‘92 pickups were all great cars with “soul.” The ‘95 Tercel, not so much.

I wish they never stopped making the TT Supra… Then at least we couln’t say that the entire lineup of current Toyotas is LAME!

Let’s face it here. Toyota brand is NEVER about looking good or driving sporty. It’s about a solid package to get you from A-B. I have a lot of friends who are current Camry owner who would think this is drop dead gorgeous. I don’t tease them because it’s their choice. Personally, Toyota has proven to me again that if you want something sport or different, look elsewhere.

You must be a terrorist for saying a Ford wasnt reliable. Why dont you go back to Japan if you like a Camry so much. I’m an American and when someone doesn’t like an unreliable American car we tell them to go to the country where their import car is from bc that is mature.
Fords quality is “unsurpassed” They make new designs so they must be reliable ! JD Powers, a marketing research company did a 90 day study and said that the car is reliable and I know that if a car can last 90 days then it will last for 14 years without a problem like the Honda’s and Toyota’s. The Fusion is all new and its better than the Camry, my Patriot powers tell me so

The brake pads on his Fusion wore out in less than 8k miles! And you try some pathetic attempt at comparing the Fusion with the Camry by asking an important question like “does the Camry have a 260hp V6 option”?? The answere is no it does not, but thats ok, because the Camry has a 268hp V6 option.

I would honestly mistake the word ‘refresh’ as a positive, forward-moving event in the automotive world … until I saw this TURD. I cannot put into words how ugly and bland this POS is. How anyone with any self-respect would pay money to be seen in public driving this SHIAT pile is beyond me.

This model Camry is the only Camry I’ve actually considered buying, Toyota has done a good job on these. The interior is very nice and not a snooze fest all the previous Camry’s have been. The exterior gives the car bulk and makes it have a precence. Interesting they made the hybrid more differentiated than before, but it looks good.

We’ve been ordering the 2010 for six months now, so it’s nice to see what they look like finally, and I can tell evryone don’t buy the green.

tyler_is_aero_tt: I think you are the f.ucking idiot who is proud of Fusion’s 260HP… Camry has been the quickest “regular” family sedan for a long time with its 268HP V6 mated to 6-speed auto. C&D rounded up Altima SE-R, Gallant Ralliart and Honda Accord V6… Camry was the quickest of the bunch, with 0-60mph in 6.0s flat. Fusion will probably do 6.5s at best. How do I know? Because the Ford Edge, with the same 3.5L V6, is vastly slower than Highland w/3.5L V6. Or any other 3.5L applications (Taurus vs Avalon, Lincoln vs Lexus with 3.5Ls, etc). Shut up and don’t be a retard, mmk?

My neighbor bought a brand new Ford Focus for 16k and she told me that within 3 months the master cylinder and the transmission went. I told her she was a LIAR and a Terrorist Fords don’t do that they are “unsurpassed” according to their commercials

It must have been her fault, at least that is what the Ford dealer told her. They had excellent customer service and gave her a quality Ford Escort for a rental for the 3 months it was in and out of the shop. Low and behold she tells me that the Escort broke down and I said Im going to call the President and tell him we have a terrorist on our hands. I told her that she was an American and Americans support their country and that if she didn’t like her Focus that was worth 4k after 2 years she could move to Japan.

I told her that resale doesn’t matter bc people only keep their car for 4 years especially in this economy. I told this terrorist that there is no market for pre owned cars so cars dont have to last. All they have to do is last 90 days that way JD Powers can deem it reliable and who doesnt trust an MR company? I also told her that it doesn’t matter that she owed more than the car was worth and that Ford always hold their value and if she didn’t believe it than she was a TERRORIST !

Sure she was short the lemon law by 3 days but I told her not to buy some fancy reliable japcrap Honda Accord coupe but she did. She thought she was so smart bc all I could hear was some crap about the car not having any problems with the car and it held its value until it was traded for an MDX (another Jap crap with its fancy resale and reliability). I also told her that the 89 Camry she drove before the Focus all through college that got her through 8 winter storms and never gave her any problems was crap and that she was a liar and unpatriotic for even owning a jap car in the first place

You and MHW are correc t& I see the light. I am buying an American truck. I don’t give a crap about it setting 2 homes on fire it’s the cost of being an American. So what if those people had their families sleeping and their little babies in their cribs burning. It would be un-American to buy some reliable non fire starting Jap truck. Also people with families can take a chance on an unreliable car bc sometimes people don’t feel like going to work and the kids don’t feel like going to school. They should be willing to wait at the dealer or else they are unpatriotic and besides the dealers have day care there. Once again I want to thank you.

My neighbor has a Fusion and he was surprised when I told him I only needed to bring my 07 Camry to the shop for oil changes, 2 tranny jobs new floor mats and an air bag recall. He tried to laugh it off and get this… he said that the Fusion never had a recall. Yeah right, I told him, all crappy domestics have recalls, while spitting on his car. He told me to check my facts. Whatever…I don’t need facts I drive a Toyota!! I have resale value… He paid 10 grand less for his equally equipped crap box but my Camry in three years will be worth $1750 more than that Fusion. When will this guy get it? It does not pay to buy a domestic.

And you guys on this forum leave us Toyota lovers alone. Go help Thunder Chicken and MHW push their broken down domestics to the shop or something.
