Toyota today announced it will extend its zero-percent financing offer for another month following a sharp sales decline in the month of October. Previously expected to end October 31st, the incentive now runs until November 30th. It’s conceivable the automaker could continue to extend the offer if demand remains weak.
The Toyota models qualifying for this offer are: Matrix, Corolla, Camry, RAV4, Highlander, FJ Cruiser, 4Runner, Sequoia, Sienna, Tacoma and Tundra.
Toyota reported a 23 percent sales decline for the month of October, compared with October ‘07. A month prior, the automaker reported a sales decline of 32.3 percent for September.

This works out well. Zero percent is about the level of interest I have in purchasing a new Toyota.

Ignoring the haters, Toyota did do slightly better than the competition, but I disagree with extending this promo.
Let the domestics push rate.
Leave them something

the song sucked, the jingle is even worse. no wonder I don’t watch network tv except for sports!

Zero Percent with a high MSRP still meant no sale in October.

If I hear one more stupid “saved by zero” Toyota TV commercial, I’m gonna puke.
