2 mad U cam't ise the 0% from Toyota Credit 2 buy another brand! Toyota reported dismal sales numbers 4r September, but so did every1 else. the Tundra plant sucks GM is NOT ready to fold. The availabolity of so many good GM products will hurt toyota. “reliable” cars R NOT cheaply made. GKM doesn NOT cut corners OR use crappy components Toyota’s not making better cars now I steer all of my friends clear of anything with a Lexus nameplate on it. german is da onlay way 2 go in da lux-market. Or maybe a good caddy. Ore even an Infiniti. It is NOT our duty as Americans to buy American. GM should continue 2 EARN our business. Japan and Germany are notb third-world countries.

Wow, Toyota is seriously hurting. The Matrix, Corolla, Camry, and RAV4 account for the vast majority of their sales. Perhaps if this list included an MR2, Celica, or Supra I’d be interested.

I laughed at the notion that Japan and Germany are third world countries. Also don’t forget that Europeans invented the automobile and that the oldest car manufacturer in the world comes from there.

It is our duty as Americans to buy American, mainly GM. By not doing so you are proving not only that you are unAmerican but that you value Japan and Germany over your own neighbors. THose people should be beheaded or sent to live in the slums of these third world countries.

What Toyota doesn’t want you to know is that their are MILLIONS of us out there that were, and still are, being duped by them. I steer all of my friends clear of anything with a Toyota nameplate on it. In my neighborhood the ownership of Toyotas has gone from around 30 down to approx. 6. Everyone is dumping them at time of lease renwel or trade in, for something else. It’s now an embarassment to own one where I live. People are finally starting to see the big picture. I guess that’s why sales are down for Scion and Lexus as well.

I’m sorry, I missed where I said “flawless”. And saying they are “NOT reliable” is clueless, they are as reliable as cars can be, which still does not mean they are perfect, but I’ll take a Toyota and Honda pretty much any GM product all day.

DBro you are clueless. I have owned several Hondas and Toyotas. Believe me when I say they are NOT reliable. I have fixed so many things on my cars. And I am the type of guy that takes very good care of his vehicles. There are plenty of Honda/Toyota message boards filled with guys having problems with their cars. So don’t act like they are perfect.

Even GM’s “reliable” cars are cheaply made. Like the higher end Cadillacs and others they always cut corners and use crappy components that just fall off. And Toyota’s ‘over-extended period of success’ came from making better cars…always.

I disagree LS7… I’m considering throwing a party to celebrate the public beheading of Toyota’s retardedly over-extended period of success (their soulless travesty of a product line makes me want to spit on it), but I don’t think GM is going under any time soon. Toyota spent so long capitalizing on the fear of American consumers that domestic products were unreliable (a valid marketing strategy until recently), but GM actually has some solid products that offer reliability, style, technology, and driving dynamics (Cadillac CTS, Chevy Malibu/Cruze, Corvette, etc), and the products and divisions that are falling away never should have been there in the first place (Chevy Uplander, Trailblazer, Envoy, etc).

Wow, 0% for a whole 36 months! Stop the Presses, this is CrAzY! They did this sale when sales were GOOD, so why is this news? A facelifted 2010 Camry comes in late this year BTW, so I hope it’s one witth 0 for 60 montths, but it won’t be.
