The fact that Toyota is selling comparably to GM in number of vehicles only helps to display the fact that there are a lot of lemmings buying not for aesthetics, because God knows most everything from Toyota is unappealing, but for a reputation which is quickly deteriorating.

The gap in reliability is diminishing to nearly ZERO. Resale value is regarded highly by poor people. Until Toyota can build something I truly DESIRE, not only need as transportation, I will never own a Toyota product.

You are assuming the boredom of owning a Lexus won’t caused them to commit suicide first.

@1115: The best selling vehicle in the United States is the FORD F150, followed by the Chevy Silverado and third is the Dodge Ram. Honda does not outsell GM. As of right now GM still outsells Toyota. GM sells more GMT900s than Honda sells everything combined. Ford also outsells Honda.

Well at least Toyota isn’t waiting for their cars to potentially explode and kill people. I’ll give them that.
