Not to be outdone by Ford and Toby Keith, Toyota has enlisted the help of country music stars Brooks & Dunn to promote its new pickups. The automaker is hoping its 2007 Toyota Tundra full-size pickup will be able to win over the hearts of America’s pickup lovers, and they’re hoping Brooks & Dunn will help. The duo has signed a two-year sponsorship deal with the Japanese automaker. Toyota is also sponsoring a professional fishing tour, NASCAR events, and highlighting its contributions to the United States economy — all in an effort to sway the often fiercely patriotic pickup devotees.
