Toyota North America, whose former CEO and president Hideaki Otaka was accused of sexual harassment, said late Monday that it had replaced Otaka with Jim Press as president of the company. Mr. Press is the first American to hold that position at the company. Meanwhile, Yuki Funo had been named chairman and chief executive.
