Sucks that the Subie model is probably going to end up just being a 3dr hatchback.... Hardly anything that should be called a coupe...

"Subaru’s version of the sport coupe will offer an optional all-wheel drive system and a turbocharged engine good for about 300 horsepower"........,"BAD @$$" that's what I'm talking about!!!

"but look for the tC to do with just the base car’s 2.0L Boxer-four – producing about 200 horsepower".......mass-puto.............

Well... it's about time Scion got something worthwhile in their lineup. This should be a hit with the tuner crowd. Buy the Scion, boost it with Scooby parts... win-win.

So once again, Toyota will be left with absolutely nothing that remotely resembles a sports car. It's not like Toyota fans have been waiting since '05 for a sports compact, or '04 for a Mid-engined Runabout, or '98 for a RWD Sports Car.

Scion is the youth brand. Why do they need a RWD coupe when Toyota is the one with the Celica/Supra pedigree? The current Tc is the perfect formula for a youth brand's sport offering.

Something that's actually exciting for a Scion/Toyota... that's new... yea I wouldn't mind one either. Why bother with a FWD Audi A3.

Toyota don't bring it over as a Scion! PLEASE.......

It's better off with a Toyota badge.... Toyota will end up getting sued by the parents of all the 17 year old kids running out and buying this, and most of which having no experience driving a RWD car will end up killing themselves....

Just bring it back as a Celica, done deal. At least it will give Toyota one sporty car in its lineup and then keep the Scion Tc FWD as a competitor to the Cobalt, Mazda 3, and all the other FWD sub comacts out there...

Dang. I didn't think Toyota'd pull it off.
Likely sub-20k, maybe 20k. But it works.
RWD? Awesome.
Good, good, good.
