This is probably a car you will want to leave the warranty intact for. Then again if you can afford a modified Continental GT, you can proably afford the service.

Was driving my X5 4.4i on 95 a while back, early morning. A Continental GT goes by at about 100 MPH, I stomped on the gas, and I could do nothing. It just kept disappearing in the distance. It was raining hard. What a car.

The COntenintal GT is too affordable and too many oiks can afford them. It is the 21st Century equivalent to the Mercedes-Benz SL Beverly Hills Housewife Car.

These Continental GTs are so common in south Florida that they don’t get any attention any more, they just blend in with the rest of the automotive landscape. I guess that’s why there will always be a market for someone to modify them.

In SOFLA Bentleys are a dime a dozen, hell I saw 2 yesterday and it was the 4th of July…when most people are at home and not on the roads.

Ham Shandy, I never even thought I could keep up in my shiatbox SUV. I know the hierarchy of performance cars and this thing is way above the X5. Next time I accidently see a rare car, I’ll be sure to bring a faster vehicle.

Well, shoot, trade your BMW for a Porsche Cayenne. They have something like 500hp. Then get that tuned to over 630hp. Then, overtake the bentley.

I’ve seen a black bentley recently in my neighborhood. The guy put 21″ chrome wheels on it and tinted the windows. Here’s how rice the stock car looks…. the 21″ chrome wheels and the tinted windows really fit the car.

I got nothing against rice, it’s just not my taste. However, Bentley -I thought- are suppose to be classy. I think they failed on this model.

You people who say these tuned Bentleys, Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Mercedes, etc are rice clearly have no idea what you’re talking about. Rice is defined as something added to make the car LOOK like a fast car without it actually being fast. Read the title of the article: “Tuner builds the WORLDS FASTEST Bentley.” That means that its fast. Really fast. The fastest. Also meaning, NOT RICE. So suck it.

And also, the fact that in some places, the Continental GTs are common, does not make them any less beautiful/awesome. Grow up. I work in Winter Park, FL, where on a daily basis, I see more than five GTs, a few Flying Spurs, Arnage, Phantoms, Lambos, Ferraris, etc. And I dont think any less of these cars. How could you? You’re clearly just jealous that you dont have one. Imagine for a second you had the money to buy one, and you did. Wouldn’t you be pretty freaking satisfied with owning the world’s fastest Bentley?

I think the number one requirement for a car to be “riced” is that it is Japanese. The Bentley Continental GT is German (yeah I know Bentley is English, but everyone knows this car is 98% VW) Not rice.

Tricking out an expensive car with the dubs is “ghetto fabulous”.

Cool car, but I still don’t get why LLN’s always reports on these “tuner” jobs. It must be their aren’t any hot rod shops on that side of the pond. In the US you can drive into your average hotrod/speed shop and you will see a handfull of 400-1000+ HP cars kicking around the parking lot and in the bays. Very weird guys

Usually done to JDMs (Nissan, Honda/Acura, Mitsubishi, Subaru). For Hammann and like u can say they are ’stylists’ not a ricers.
