The drivers will be charged, no doubt. From the police’s standpoint, there’s no need to rush. They’ll need time to complete accident reconstruction, interview witnesses, and make sure their ducks are in a row. And, as sad as it is… they may also be waiting to see if they need to charge the drivers with a homicide….

This is nothing new, in NYC theres a Time Warner subcontracter called Uptown Communications, I used to work near their garage, and those guys were always racing eachother down 2nd Street in Long Island City.

Even when I see them in other parts of the city they’re always driving like lunatics.

I wonder reaction of Larry the Cable Guy for those news? Was he timing two assholes? My personal impression of Alabama that they all are related, that os why charges not filed. And I mean related in Southern West Virginia ways. In defence of those two schmucks they were driving RWD vans, that all southern racing public loves. How is that known that they were doing 75? Even cop will not tell you your seed without laser/radar gun.
