The best-selling two-seat roadster in the world that is the MX-5 is getting a special edition for the U.K. market. Dubbed Kuro, or black in Japanese, it gets a number of interior and exterior changes that fit in with the name.

Those pieces include a black roof, door mirrors, and wheels, along with the diffuser under the rear bumper. There is also a sports muffler fitted and graphics that mimic the Kuro logo.

The interior features unique Stone and Black heated leather seats, Stone leather door inserts with red stitching accents, a silver interior deco panel with red accents, alloy pedals, premium floor mats with a Kuro logo and air conditioning.

There will be two engine choices on offer, though how many with each will be made hasn't been revealed. This includes the 1.8-liter, 124-horsepower four-cylinder and 158-horsepower 2.0-liter inline-four. The softtops start at £18,495 and £21,995 for the hardtop. Only 400 hardtops will be offered, along with 200 softtops. Sales begin on July 1.
