Spain’s GTA Motors debuted the production version of its V10-powered Spano sports car at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, and although it didn’t seem to attract much attention on the show floor, it still boasts some pretty impressive specs.

The Spano is powered by a mid-mounted supercharged 8.3-liter V10 engine rated at 820 horsepower and 708 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed sequential transmission. The company claims that the V10 propels the Spano from zero to 62 mph in 2.9 seconds, and on to a top speed of approximately 217 mph.

To cope with the power, the car’s massive tires are specially manufactured by Pirelli. The Spano’s chassis will be made out of a mixture of titanium, carbon fiber, and kevlar. The body panels will be made entirely of carbon fiber, and the car tips the scales at just a few pounds shy of 3,000.

No price figure was given, but GTA Motors announced that the first Spanos are already being built and will be delivered to customers before the end of the year. Production will be limited to only 99 examples.

The Spano made its debut as a concept car last year in Geneva, and it was also displayed at the Top Marques show in Macau, China.
