Just read on another website that had the full press release from Vermot AG and it also states the 507hp statistic. Guess it’s “just” the stock BMW 5.0 V10. lol.

@A4…I thought they were going to power the Veritas RS III with a modified version of the BMW V10 that upped power a bit. Maybe they’re not doing that anymore? I dunno. Either way, seems like a fun and absolutely ridiculous toy if you have so much money you use 100 dollar bills as toilet paper…

Cool…I guess. I style myself as a purist and all, but let’s be honest: $500k is a lot for something with “no electronic nannies.” Makes the Viper look like a bargain.

no electronic nannies and a v10 producing more then 500hp in a car that weighs only a little more then a lotus. that a real car that you yourself can actually drive sounds like a fun car ill sure would take one.

Is it really a “version” of the 5.0 V10? Same horsepower figures…
