Volvo has released a video of the 2007 Volvo S80. The 30-second clip shows the car in a studio, and then on the road. Unfortunately, there is no audio, so we don’t get to hear the car’s new V8 or I6 motor. The video does, however, give you a better idea of how the car will look in person. The 2007 S80 was announced on Monday, to the surprise of many Volvo fans. Yesterday, we noted that Volvo had launched a new microsite for the luxury sedan. The video is available in WMV format, which should work on Windows or Mac.

Put that new 3.2L inline 6 in the new Volvo C30 and then you’d really have something to attract a younger audience.

I like what I see in the video… but it reminds me how much I like Grand Prixes, and that can’t be a good thing for Volvo. Oh well, at least it doesn’t look like a Ford 500.
