By the way, if anyone wants an inteeligent comparison, a Carrera GT lists for $440,000, a Shelby lists for around $45,000. Add about $5000 worth of speed parts to the Ford and you’ll have a real embarrassed German! LOL

All these negative replies only mean 2 things: (1) You really love the car, but can’t afford it, so therefore it’s junk, or (2) You drive a ricer and think those fart cans are badass, just because they sound like leaf blowers. I dont think that ford was trying to show that it could over take the porsche GT C. But More of look at the type of cars that you would be driving on the road with. Faster cars. See this is were the Shelby belongs and roads with other fast cars. NOt saying that it will race the other cars. Its about you and the car not you and racing other cars.

I guess Ford wasn’t very serious about that commercial I am from Germany and atm a liter of fuel costs about 1,25 Euro, that is quite exactly $6 per gallon. Some weeks ago it was nearly $7 per gallon.
