Volkswagen will unveil the 2007 Jetta wagon at the Paris auto show in September, according to The Car Connection. The car will have a sweeping roofline similar to that of the new Mercedes C-Class and Saab 9-3. It will have more storage space than the last Jetta Wagon, and will be offered with a 2.5-liter straight-five or a 2.0-liter turbo four-banger. A sport GLI model will also be offered. A diesel variant will be launched when VW brings its diesel passenger cars back to the U.S. in 2008.

I L-o-v-e wagons. I even had a Peugeot 505TD – I’m so nuts for wagons. That was like sturrin’ Drano in my ice tea.

I hope they redesign the Jetta, I own a 03 and I love it, but the new design makes me want to puke. It looks like a toyota.
I guess now we can have a toyota wagon
