The package, which lists for $1,495 installed, adds 25 horsepower and 30 lb-ft. of torque to the models for a total of 325 horsepower and 355 lb-ft. of torque. Right now, the package is not available for the company's S80 T6 flagship.
"Just a few weeks after announcing the performance package for select T5 models, we have already received tremendous feedback from our customers," said Chris Dauerer, Volvo Cars of North America vice president of customer service, in a statement released to members of the media. "With Polestar, we are able to deliver our performance-minded customers the enhanced driving package they have been looking for now across a variety of our carlines."
The latest package expands the Volvo-Polestar lineup in North American showrooms; the automaker previously announced an upgrade for its turbocharged five-cylinder models.
Volvo says that the package will go on sale December 5.
