Good thing for Ford is that Volvo has great ideas to offer Ford but unfortunately its not reciprocal relationship from years past. Hopefully Mulally changes that, and the Synergies from the joint effort Ford has with Mazda and Volvo will show up in products. Instead of blindly doing overlap work in the same areas. in other words, the Head has to be talking to the hands and the feet. Ford start doing it with Volvo and Mazda if you keep em. Good
Volvo Great job and another great vehicle. Once again keep up the good work.

autonut- that’s so true. My family owned a 1982 Volvo DL and we used it as a commuter car until 2002 when it was replaced by a new S40 (the DL still ran great, everything was still solid, and had about 300k miles when we got rid of it)… nowhere near as reliable as our old 2002 DL. Pity about Ford and Volvo.
