VWs are all flash and no quality! The exteriors look nice, the interiors are nice and they drive pretty well,,,,,,,, but once you get into the mechanics of them they suck…. allen head screws holding down the intake that rust then are the heads strip…… where they actually use bolts, they have shallow head that tools cam out of easily…. theyre make of soft metal that feel like they’re stripping out when yout torquing them down…… spark plugs are almost impossible to get to without taking the intake off….. poor quality hoses… no big deal but some are dealer items that are EXPENSIVE…… the water housing eventually leaks on every one of them, etc etc etc…. oh they couldn’t put a 3/8 square drive hole in the tensioner to move it, they have a 15mm square sticking out the top for a standard open end wrench… the kind that could slip off while your routing the belt….. something impossible to happen 3/8 drive square hole, such as the ones such “poor quality” automakers such as GM and Ford been using for years!!!

i’d buy the worst quality german car before i bought a gm product, and i’d still come out a winner, hands down.

Pfft, VW is WAY better than GM..Any European, or Asian made car is better than this North American crap.
Although some N.A. car manufactuers are brining out better quality, and better looking cars.
But I still have no Intrest in them. And VW’s quality have gotten better over the past few years.

Im exited for the CC aswell, its goign to be epic.

What you save on financing you’ll make up for in repair bills. For every POS VW out there, there is a superior GM product that people should be buying. No reason to send your money back to these German pricks when you should be doing the American thing and buying home grown products.
