By the way Tristan, I drive an Impala, and I get 20 mpg on average in town and 26 on the highway. For a large 5 pasenger automobile with a 3.8 V-6, that’s not bad and certainly competitive for it’s market segment with V-6 engines. Don’t imply things that you can’t back up…..and don’t quote me E.P.A. estimates either, that’s all B.S. when compared to the real world of driving. The figures I am speaking of are from actual experience in my first 6000 miles of ownership. The car is an ‘05 model. I filled up just yesterday, 12.662 gallons @ 2.919 per gallon ($36.96 ttl), I had traveled 257 miles, all in town, no highway, for an average of 20.3 m.p.g. I’m sorry to bore you with all the details, but you’re post is crap.

#2, you’re a retard, and should ever more be banned from speaking, for public fear of being driven mad by your idiocy. If GM didn’t make huge ass gas guzzling peices of ****, maybe more people would buy them.

Oh? What’s that? GM doesn’t have a DECENT compact coupe or Sub-Compact that isn’t ugly and drives well.. Well boohoo for GM not looking at the market. I don’t know about anyone else, but a good old 18-20MPG is pretty ****ty in my opinion for somehting like an impala or w/e. I think 25+ in pretty much any japanese sedan trumps the GM’s garbage anyday.

What mistakes? GM doesn’t make mistakes. The buying public makes the mistake passing up a fine GM offering. Maybe if these sheeple smartened up and dumped their foriegn garbage, GM wouldn’t have such a negativite image from goons like yourself

Wagoner opines “No one has expressed dissatisfaction with me.” This is disingenuous and shows that – whatever qualifications for the job he may or may not have – he has at least one of these serious failings:

- He is badly informed about discussions in his industry.

- He does not listen well.

- He is incapable of being honest even when his lies are easily found out.

That he chooses to find no fault with himself bodes badly for any chances of him turning around GM: Mistakes that are not recognized cannot be corrected.
