Ferrari voted "best place to work in Europe"

Italian supercar maker Ferrari has been voted as the "best place to work in Europe" for 2007. Over 1000 companies across Europe took part in the survey, which looked at employee satisfaction.

In the late 1990s, Ferrari boss Luca di Montezemolo launched a program called "Formula Uomo." The aim is to treat the workforce as the central element of its entire business.

Formula Uomo focuses on personal and family benefits, professional training, and workplaces and architecture.
