Our first-drive review of the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro is under a strict embargo until Friday evening, but that doesn't mean there's nothing we can share from the media launch event. So, what's the first thing you would do behind the wheel of a new muscle car? That's right: burn a little rubber.

The 2010 Camaro should begin arriving at dealerships over the next few weeks. It might feel like it has been a long journey from concept to production, but in reality three years isn't a long time in the world of automobile development. Just by looking at the finished car in our teaser video, it's evident GM did not stray far from the concept.
