The limited-edition car features unique Spectre Silver paint, 007 badges, gun-barrel embroidery and other Bond-themed accoutrements.

Aston Martin has revealed a special-edition DB9 GT 'Bond Edition' to celebrate the upcoming film Spectre.The limited-production coupe features unique Spectre Silver exterior paint, sterling silver Aston Martin badges front and rear, and discreet '007 Bond Edition' exterior badging.

The interior extends the theme with unique numbered sill plaques with the 007 logo, gun-barrel embroidery on the rear seat divider, and a custom start-up screen for the infotainment system.

Aside from the special enhancements, the DB9 GT is outfitted with its typical 6.0-liter V12 engine that delivers 547 PS (540 horsepower) and 457 lb-ft of torque. Other standard features include 20-inch alloy wheels, aluminum hood vents and grille, and a carbon-fiber front splitter and rear diffuser.

Buyers are also presented with a full range of Bond-themed accessories, including the obligatory Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra watch with an Aston Martin strap.

"In the run-up to the launch of the new film, Spectre, which sees Bond behind the wheel of the DB10, we are very happy to be able to celebrate the partnership with this superb limited edition DB9 GT collector's item," said Aston Martin chief Andy Palmer.

The company will only build 150 examples, each carrying a £165,000 (~$252,000 USD) price tag in the UK.
