Aston Martin has confirmed a few more launch details for the 2017 V8 Vantage GTS, due to arrive in showrooms in the near future. The new entry in the Vantage lineup will start at $137,820 in coupe form. Buyers who prefer the open-air experience can snag the convertible edition for a $14,500 premium, bringing the price up to $152,320.

Serving as a consolidated replacement for both the V8 Vantage GT and the V8 Vantage S, the new GTS is motivated by a naturally-aspirated 4.7-liter engine with 430 horsepower and 391 lb-ft of torque. Power can be delivered via a seven-speed automatic gearbox or a six-speed manual.

Aston Martin offers two separate trim categories: a Lux Edition to accommodate opulent tastes, or a Sport package for those who prefer carbon-fiber sheen to piano-black gloss. The former also boasts a softer suspension tune, while the latter integrates more aggressive dampers and springs.

The company has not yet announced a specific on-sale date for the US-exclusive GTS.
