The new flagship DB11 is the company's fastest production car with a 208 mph top speed.

As detailed in a recent leak, Aston Martin's new DB11 AMR has been officially revealed to the world.

Inspired by Aston Martin Racing's endurance program, the new flagship DB11 package boasts a broad range of upgrades to its powertrain, suspension, exterior and cabin.

Engineers have squeezed 630 horsepower from the DB11's twin-turbo 5.2-liter V12. With 30 extra ponies compared to the outgoing DB11 V12, the car can launch to 62 mph in 3.7 seconds and eventually hit 208 mph -- making it the fastest model in Aston's current production lineup.

The AMR edition is visually distinguished by exposed carbon fiber and gloss black detailing, with a dark grille and matching tailpipes. The dark theme extends to the leather and Alcantara upholstery inside.

Aston Martin's dynamics team is said to have refined the DB11's handling without compromising its supple GT ride. A new shift programming and more vocal exhaust further accentuate its performance character when Sport mode is engaged.

The company will only build 100 units globally, with a starting price of $241,000 in the US market.
