Bodywork has been revised to better align with Cadillac's modern design language, while also trimming the sedan's overall length.

Cadillac has revealed a refreshed XTS with a long list of minor enhancements for the 2018 model year.

Exterior styling has been revised to better align with Cadillac's modern design language. With new LED headlight and taillights, restyled fenders, updated fascias and a new grille, the latest XTS trims a modest 1.1 inches from its overall length.

The company promises a few chassis tweaks have improved ride comfort, complementing an increase in sound insulation to absorb road and wind noise. Drivers will be greeted by an updated front seat with changes to the padding geometry, frame and heat pad.

Buyers are presented with a few new options including new 19- and 20-inch wheels and additional colors inside and out. Brembo front brakes are standard, along with an eight-speaker Bose audio system.

The company has not announced pricing details or a specific launch date for the updated XTS.
