Model-year 2018 represents the 100th anniversary of the first production Chevrolet truck.
General Motors has revealed the 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and Colorado Centennial Special Editions.
Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the first production Chevy truck -- and 85 million trucks since -- the unique packages are distinguished by 100-year door badges, heritage bowtie emblems and Centennial Blue exterior paint.
The company is also rolling out a nationwide 'Truck Legends' program for the celebration, recognizing owners who have a Chevy truck with more than 100,000 miles on the odometer or anyone who has leased or purchased more than one new Chevy truck in their lifetime.
Truck Legends members can purchase special branded merchandise and receive offers for events, ranging from baseball games to exclusive previews of new Chevy models.
The 100-day Centennial Celebration concludes with an invitation-only event at the Texas Motor Speedway on December 16.
