"Jackass" Ryan Dunn had more than twice the legal blood alcohol limit when he crashed his Porsche, killing himself and a passenger.

According to West Chester, Pennsylvania, police, star of the TV show "Jackass" Ryan Dunn was drunk when he crashed his Porsche 911 GT3 early Monday morning.

Police say that Dunn had a 0.196 blood alcohol level, well above the state's 0.08 legal limit.

Dunn, who also killed passenger Zachary D. Hartwell, was driving at more than 130 mph when he crashed the Porsche into a guardrail near West Goshen, Pennsylvania.

MTV reports that Dunn and Hartwell left Barnaby's of America, a bar in West Chester, shortly before the accident. A bar employee told the cable network that Dunn "didn't seem intoxicated," although the toxicology report obviously indicates otherwise. No other illegal substances were found in Dunn's bloodstream.
