Ram is traveling to LA with two special 1500 models.
Ram is introducing two new special edition models at the 2016 Los Angeles auto show — the 1500 Rebel Mojave Sand and the 1500 Ignition Orange Sport.
Ram 1500 Rebel Mojave Sand
Based on the Ram Rebel, the Mojave Sedan edition adds a few unique upgrades, including a Mojave Sand exterior and a performance hood with black decals. The Mojave Sand also features an interior with all-black seats, black anodized accents and light slate gray stitching.
Ram plans to build just 1,500 units of the Rebel Mojave Sand. The limited edition model will carry a base price of $45,590, which doesn't include a mandatory $1,390 destination charge. The Ram 1500 Rebel Mojave Sand will be available this December at dealers nationwide.
Ram 1500 Ignition Orange Sport
Returning for the new model year, the latest Ram 1500 Ignition Orange Sport includes a bright orange paint job, along with a Sport performance hood with black decals and blacked-out badges all around.
Inside the Ignition Orange Sport gets unique seats with orange mesh inserts, "Copperhead" accent stitching and anodized orange-painted spears and trim rings.
Like the Rebel Mojave Sand, Ram will produce just 1,500 units of the 1500 Ignition Orange Sport. The limited edition truck will be available exclusively in Crew Cab form with a V8 engine. Pricing will start at $43,740 plus a destination charge of $1,320. The Ram 1500 Ignition Orange Sport is available at dealers now.
