Subaru revives BRZ tS for 2020 model year
The latest tS loses its massive rear wing.
Subaru has confirmed plans to offer another BRZ tS limited-edition package for the 2020 model year.
The latest tS appears to be slightly toned down from the 2018 model year, losing the massive high-mounted rear wing in favor of a more modest low-profile spoiler.
Tuned by Subaru's STI engineers, the tS features revised dampers and coil springs, a flexible V-brace in the engine compartment, and draw stiffeners added to the chassis and subframe. Brakes have also been upgraded to Brembo four-piston calipers on the front and dual-piston units on the back.
The 2020 BRZ tS is available exclusively with Ceramic White paint and matte bronze 18-inch wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires.
Only 300 examples will be sold in the US market, each starting at $32,395 (including freight).
