The truth about the new Toyota Supra

A series of magazine scans have begun circulating on automotive fan sites purportedly on the next-generation Toyota Supra. We're not sure what all the fuss is, because these images have been making the rounds online for several months now. From what we've gathered, these images are purely speculative and not based in reality whatsoever. If Toyota is going to build a new Supra -- a big "if" -- it is much more likely to be based on the Lexus LF-A concept. However, the strongest indication is that any supercar from Toyota will be branded as a Lexus, and very well could be the LF-A (which has already been spied in testing). The LF-A is expected to go head-to-head with the 2007 Infiniti GT-R.
