Early look: Chrysler Nassau, Jeep Trailhawk concepts

DaimlerChrysler today released official sketches of the forthcoming Jeep Trailhawk and Chrysler Nassau concepts. Both vehicles will be on display at the Detroit auto show in January.

The Chrysler Nassau concept is a four-door, four-passenger luxury coupe -- effectively a counterpart to sister brand Mercedes' CLS-Class four-door coupe. The exterior design "leans toward an exploration as to what could be a future sedan in the brand's lineup," the company says.

Meanwhile, the Jeep Trailhawk "merges the spectrum of the Jeep brand by combining the core features of the Jeep Wrangler with the sophistication of the Jeep Grand Cherokee." It is based on the all-new 2007 Wrangler architecture. Gallery after the jump...
