Its a "lemon" working with customer service for another company I can understand having to do run arounds and several patches and things still are not fixed... if the owner would like to keep the same kind of car I would say to demand an exchange.... good luck to the owner on that..

truly sad though because because i really like the car and have seen it in action at the track so to see this one go so badly, is disappointing.

This video was made in Dec. of 06, it has since been resolved. Cadillac fixed it and paid his next car payment, also if it does it again within the next 2 years they will either give him a new car, or buy it back. He is a happy camper now and still likes the car.
